Service Fee Schedule

Field Service Post 1 Year

At IKON Windows and Doors we look forward to providing exceptional service. Each of our installations comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. The following fees apply to field service after 1 year.

Trip Charge

If IKON LLC. deems necessary to have a Field Inspection performed to investigate a warranty claim:

• $175 trip charge within the state of Florida. If product is installed out of state IKON will need to qualify the charges before agreeing to service.
• If the customer does not wish to continue with the service after the inspection is performed or a product issue is found that is not covered under a warranty clause, a check or credit card payment will need to be collected prior to the inspector leaving the residence.

Balance Replacement Cost

$200 charge to replace one set plus the one-time trip charge of $175.

Sash Replacement Cost

$200 per sash, one-time trip charge of $175, and the cost of any equipment necessary to complete the service.

Miscellaneous Item Cost

Hardware including but not limited to: glazing bead, handles, SGD and SD adjustments, and rollers.
$200 minimum, one-time trip charge of $175, and the cost of any equipment necessary to complete the service.

Re-glazing Glass

$350 per re-glaze, one-time trip charge of $175, and the cost of any equipment necessary
to complete the service.

Door Panel Replacement

$400 per individual panel, one-time trip charge of $175, and the cost of any equipment necessary to complete the service.

The above fees are labor charges, if IKON LLC. chooses to perform labor on the product. Please read the warranty clauses (per manufactured product line) that pertain to your product to know what items are covered under warranty and for how long. As a courtesy, IKON LLC. reserves the right to waive any and/or all service fees.
